From the end of August to November, selected businesses in the Vinschgau valley and in Merano/Meran and environs invite you to join them on a culinary journey based on seasonal and regional products such as radicchio in one of the Deutschnonsberg villages, grapes in Merano and Alpine pasture cheeses in the Obervinschgau valley. During these culinary weeks, discover specialities and typical South Tyrolean dishes made from fresh and regional ingredients.
