Val Senales (Schnalstal) valley ArcheoParc – the Iceman’s Habitat

The Val Senales ArcheoParc is located 1,500 metres above sea level in Madonna di Senales (Unser Frau) in Val Senales. This open-air archaeological park is the perfect setting to experience and understand the past in an entertaining way. South Tyrol's first Archaeology Museum focuses on the lifestyle of the Val Senales people when the famous iceman Ötzi was alive. Special events, courses and guided tours for children and adults lead to the discovery of prehistoric lifestyles.
