Current state of hiking trails around Algund

The Meraner Höhenweg (path no. 24) and the Felsenweg (path no. 24) in Velloi have to be closed due to the rain and snowfall of the last few days until the revocation due to the danger of avalanches and falling rocks.

The section between Hochganghaus and the junction with path no. 1 is not accessible due to immediate danger of rockfall.
From the Tablander Hut (path no. 1) you can reach the Franz Huber climb towards Sattelspitze through a signposted detour.

Municipal road 91.4 Pfossental is closed from Tuesday, 02.11.2021 until further notice.
  • from 07:30 to 12:00 and
  • 13:00 until 17:30
Saturday and Sunday the road is always open!

Val Venosta

Cycle Path Val Venosta
The construction works for the renewal of the infrastructures in Laatsch required the closure of the cycle path Vinschgau in the section Mals main station - Laatsch. The closure is expected to last until 30.11.2021. Mals railway station can be reached from the direction of Reschen via the Burgeis-Mals or Schleis Mals routes and from the direction of Meran via the Glurns-Mals national road.
