Gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle, Merano
The Gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle are located east of Merano, on the way to the Merano 2000 hiking area, and are among the most beautiful gardens in the world. More than 80 garden landscapes from all over the world can be found around the central water lily pond, forming a natural amphitheatre. The gardens with numerous experience stations - including ten artists' pavilions, a spectacular viewing platform, a Forbidden Garden and the Botanical Underworld - are a very special world of experience for the whole family.
