Kneipp therapy in Aschbach is a real treat for body and mind. Hiking boosts circulation, while the fresh mountain air strengthens your immune system and revitalizes you.

Follow the Kneipp stations: 49, 46, 45, 48, 44, 43

Start at the Aschbach cable car and head left up the forest path, following the signs for the Aschbach Forest Adventure Trail, until you reach the junction. Keep left and, after about 20 minutes, treat yourself to a refreshing break at the "Muntermacher" Kneipp station. Back at the crossing, the forest trail leads you to Kneipp station No. 45, by the impressive "throne rocks" – and on to a new barefoot trail, where you can take off your shoes and feel the forest floor beneath your feet.

At the end of the trail, you'll reach the Tholer farm. Heading up the road, you'll find the Wer(stott)Schual and the Hütterhof farm with its herb and nutrition Kneipp station. To finish, right in front of the Aschbach cable car, a fragrant alpine herb garden awaits.
