Kneipp recommended moderate exercises such as hiking, swimming or cycling: Balancing sports that are fun and get the circulation going. Through exercise, all the body's systems find their balance and thus make people more resistant, more efficient and stronger. During the "Healthy in Algund" hikes and walks we experience the landscape at a natural pace and perceive it with all of our senses - for example while walking barefoot through the forest.

Keep the balance!
If there's one thing exercise can do, it's providing coordination and dexterity by strengthening muscles, bones and joints. If you move regularly and use your whole body, you will become more stable and less likely to lose your balance. What better place to test your stability than in this adventure playground in the middle of the forest? A place full of obstacles, different degrees of inclination and great equipment. Release your inner child and move!

Exercise makes you smart!
Did you know that just by walking, the brain is supplied with 13 percent more blood? As a result, your ability to concentrate increases and you can absorb and process information better. This place in the middle of nature with a view across the valley practically invites you to move and walk an extra lap. Warm up briefly and quickly march up the path to the starting point and come back slowly. Do three rounds and you´ll feel how happy your body will be.
